This patient had tractional alopecia because of tight fitting turban wear which is not uncommon in Sikh population in India. We had extracted almost 1800 grafts almost 4000 follicles to be implanted to the temples, sidelocks and posterior side areas.
The follicles were precisely implanted with the help of implanters giving a very acute angle and a density of approx 45-50 grafts/sq cm.
After 3-4 months density started to improve and after 7-8 months, hairs grew properly.
